About Me

I’m one of the lucky ones who got to swap my adolescent short stories for professional articles. Before I left my hometown in Upstate New York for my second canon event (moving to Thailand; the first was backpacking around Europe for a summer), I had the honor of being Senior Writer for Saratoga Living and Capital Region Living magazines.

My soul was filled differently in that role; not in the travel way I so often seek, but in the way that I realized writing was all I ever wanted to do. Writing is it for me.

Prior to that life-changing realization, I used my writing in different ways: once as communications coordinator for a large nonprofit that serves volunteer firefighters, and once as member communications and program coordinator for a nonprofit management company. In both of these roles, I adapted my voice to fit the missions and purposes of the organizations I was representing.

And before any of that, I graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 2020.

Have an idea you’d like to work with me on?
